Annie Williams

Annie Williams is entering her fifth year with Lentz Insurance Agency, bringing over 15 years of personal and commercial insurance experience paired with a deeply people-centered approach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management as well as a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.

Annie’s background is further strengthened by specialized certifications in Fundamental Mediation and Conflict Transformation and Peer Recovery Coaching—skills that allow her to navigate complex client needs with empathy, clarity, and exceptional care.

Outside the office, Annie loves bingeing new shows on Netflix, attending local festivals, and traveling. She especially enjoys her time spent visiting Italy with her fiancé.
